I worked with IFB Appliances to design a service application for their consumer products.
In this project, I was leading the UI/UX design, helping to create an app that enables customers to easily create service requests, track their progress, schedule maintenance, and troubleshoot their appliances.

I worked with Snapdoor, a real estate platform, as a Freelance UI/ UX Designer. I conducted a UX audit and user research, which led to a redesign of key pages and the Pipeline navigator
This redesign resulted in a 24% increase in conversion rates and a reduction in listing drop off rate by more than 35%

At RideHare, a mobility services company, I designed an app for car sharing on iOS and Android. I also collaborated with the hardware team to design the interface for a remote car automation system.
